LED’s go outside…! Eyeleds® Outdoor is specifically designed for the outdoor market and meets all norms and quality standards related to the installation and use of outdoor lighting. Eyeleds® Outdoor is frost, UV, and corrosion resistant and IP67 dust proof and water resistant. By using durable stainless steel materials in a solid construction, an extremely high mechanical load capacity of 2850N/285kg is reached. Driving over the lights with a car or even a small truck won’t cause any problems! Next to the creation of decorations Eyeleds® Outdoor is contributing to general safety applications such as orientation and marking lights. Popular applications are for example marking or accents lights at lanes, driveways or parking bays. Also the maritime sector has discovered added value to safety at landing stages and decks offered by the application of Eyeleds® lighting. Other intended uses are terraces, pavements, around swimming pools, on roundabouts, boulevards, town squares, shopping centres, etc. The Eyeleds® Outdoor series comes in two modern finishes: brushed stainless steel and brushed brass. By combining these finishes with white, blue, amber and green light colours a wide range of available products is created. In classical wood orientated projects a brushed brass finish combined with amber coloured light is often used and in clean, modern objects and buildings a combination of stainless steel with white or blue lights is preferred in most occasions.

Eyeleds® Outdoor Basic offers an economical option to install Eyeleds®  lighting in numerous outdoor applications. The Basic system consists of 3 components: a power supply, a light unit with 1m connection cable incl. a weather proof installation box, and outdoor connection cable (10m in a package).

The installation procedure starts with the application of the power supply – preferably in a sheltered environment. The cable at the secondary (12V) side of the power supply is connected to the first installation box. Every installation box one entrance and three exits. The light units can be connected on 2 of the 3 exits. The remaining exit is used to connect the cable to the following installation box. Depending on the planned distances between the lights, the connection cable can be cut and stripped accordingly
