Vanilla Wood Floors have introduced Bona Wooden Floor Lacquers to their range. If you require a different finish to oils or hardwax oils then Bona lacquers are considered the market leaders, from a matt finish to a high gloss finish.

Their formulations have been developed and continually improved since 1919 to provide a comprehensive range with special qualities no-one can match up to. Bona has also developed a wide range of waterborne floor finishes which are kinder to the environment and to the end user. There are many other similar products on the market but none that come with the Bona guarantee of quality, or with their technical expertise and guidance.

Key component of Bona Lacquers are developed and produced by a special team in Malmo, Sweden, which means that they can produce their own special formula with properties no one else can match. The wear and scratch resistant properties are being continually enhanced.

The full range of Bona lacquers  provides a finish suitable for all requirements whether it be heavy commercial or light domestic use. Bona lacquers are NMP free, and very low in VOC. NMP is a solvent previously used in finishes, being aware of the possible harm this solvent causes all Bona products have been reformulated NMP free. VOC’s are the evaporated solvents that enter the atmosphere once a finished floor has dried. Choosing a product with a low VOC content leads to a healthier working environment.
