Shipping and Returns

Free Shipping - Items designated for free shipping that are combined in baskets with other items that are not designated for free shipping, will be treated as follows.  If the combined basket weight is less than 20Kg and the combined Ex.VAT value of the basket is greater than £40, the entire basket will be shiped for free.  Otherwise standard shipping charges apply.

Delivery
Unless you tell us you wish to collect the goods, we will deliver the goods in accordance as per the order. If the order is not stocked or unavailable for immediate delivery, we will call or email you to advise. In normal circumstances we would expect delivery to you, within 1-5 working days of you placing the order.

Orders for next day delivery must be placed by 2pm. Any orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday (except where the Monday is a Bank/Public holiday, in which case it will be shipped on the next working day). Our couriers deliver Monday-Friday unless a Saturday delivery is explicitly requested. There are no deliveries on Sunday or Bank/Public holidays.

Whilst we have carefully selected a reliable Courier that offers a full tracking system we cannot be held responsible for delays once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. On occasions where delivery cannot be made, (i.e. you are not present at point of delivery), a card will be left detailing how you can make alternative arrangements for delivery with the courier. Our courier will attempt to deliver your order a maximum of 2 times without any extra costs being incurred. You can detail any delivery instructions in the "Special Instructions" box at checkout (i.e. "Leave goods in a porch.") This will enable the courier to leave the goods without the need for a signature. We cannot be held responsible for any delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to strike action or severe weather.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to check the goods for damage or wrong delivery before accepting the delivery. No claim for damages or wrong delivery can be made if the carrier’s receipt is signed as goods received. Any claim for damages or wrong delivery must be made to VWF within 3 working days of the receipt. If the goods arrive back to eFlooring Supplies Ltd, damaged and unsaleable, then we can not honour a refund or replacement.

Please note that if Special Delivery Instructions are provided where an item is left  unsigned for or delivered to a neighbour,  then eFlooring Supplies Ltd bears no liability and no claim for damages or wrong delivery can be made.

Next day deliveries apply to weekdays only and orders must be placed before 2pm.

Cancellation and returns

All goods should be inspected immediately upon delivery and any discrepancies, defects or damages should be written on the delivery note and reported to the company within 2 working days of receipt of the goods. If you intend cancelling your order and return non-faulty goods, please advise us in writing by way of email, post or fax within 14 days of receipt.  Returned goods must be in the unopened original packaging and in undamaged condition. We will arrange for collection and a full refund (minus the cost of delivery and collection, and a 15% restocking charge) on receipt and inspection at our facilities or within 30 days of receiving your notice of cancellation.  Some of our products are offered with Free delivery, but on cancellation the outward and inward return cost will be deducted from the refund.  Returns are permitted within 7 working days of purchase under the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations 2000. If a card is left by the Courier due to client not available it is percieved as a delivery and clients will be charged accordingly.
