Mirroring the proportions of a traditional floor board this plank suits a domestic interior whilst being versatile and easy to install. The rustic oak surface is lightly brushed to remove the soft grain, leaving a hard wearing and tactile hardwood surface. 6 coats of aluminium oxide matt lacquer protect the surface whilst maintaining the natural oak tone. The resulting floor is easy to maintain and extremely resistant to everyday wear and scratching, ideal our modern lifestyles.

A series of 6 steel brushes are applied to remove the soft grain from the top layer the rustic hardwood surface whilst sympathetically following the natural contours of the wide section of oak. The wear layer is then spray coated with 6 coats of durable aluminium oded matt lacquer. The resulting plank is both wonderfully tactile and ultimately hardwearing, the rich, textured surface deflecting everyday wear and scratches.

This micro bevelled plank is classically proportioned to suit any interior space, milled from rustic grade oak which is lightly brushed to remove the soft grain from the top layer of the wood. This leaves a surface which is hard and more resistant to scratches. 4 Coats of Danish oil are machine applied and and buffed into the brushed grain, each coat is cured under a low voltage UV light. The result is a natural oiled stain resistant surface which allows the floor breathe and is simple to maintain.

The wider face of this rustic oak plank shows off the full grain of the tree and is smooth sanded and sealed with 6 coats of UV cured aluminium oxide lacquer which protects the surface leaving it maintenance free but with the appearance of an oiled floor. Micro bevelled edges add clean lines to the rustic character filled oak board making it perfect for both traditional and modern interior design

Minimalism is key with this charming board, the rustic oak surface is simply smooth sanded, buffed and sealed with 4 coats of UV cured natural Danish oil. The resulting surface has a rich lustre and subtle natural sheen, which is hardwearing, stain resistant and easy to care for, whilst preserving the tactile warm hardwood appeal. Micro bevels give a contemporary edge to this modern classic.

This traditionally proportioned rustic oak plank is smooth sanded, bevelled and exquisitely finished with six fine coats of aluminium oxide satin lacquer. The resulting finish brings out a deep lustre in the oak, accentuating the natural beauty of the grain. The lacquered surface is a robust and easily cleaned surface ideal for a busy household.

European oak is lightly brushed to enhance the rustic grain and sealed with a water based natural lacquer. The micro bevelled oak top layer is precision milled and backed on a 5Gc glueless locking system for a simple and versatile installation.

Square edge planks are made from individual staves of rustic oak selected for variation and character, so that once installed the effect is smooth and seamless floor. The surface is fine sanded and spray coated with hardwearing lacquer making this floor perfect for heavy traffic areas ideal for hallways and perfect for playrooms. This is an untreated smooth sanded oak plank. The first striking difference between this board and the other oak we sell is the pale colouration, the raw colour of seasoned oak. This creates a canvas full of rustic character to which any surface application can be added once installed on your floor.

Traditionally proportioned random length planks are milled from mixed grade Black American Walnut. The surface is smooth sanded and sealed with matt aluminium oxide lacquer to accentuate the wonderfully varied grain and rich earthy walnut tones which over time mellow to suit the character of any interior space. Lye is then hand applied to the oak surface which reacts with the natural acids in the wood and bleaches the surface preventing the oak from discolouring. The result if a textured surface to which layers of colour oil are applied to create deep lustred boards with a distinctive grain.
